LOGLINE: Dudes and Dragons is a fantasy series that follows a group of competing bounty hunters that must band together to fight against an evil wizard and his deadly dragon.
THE STORY
Ramicus the Barbarian and Shokdor the Orc are the best bounty hunters in the land. They don’t involve themselves in medieval politics or distract themselves with meaningful relationships unless it brings them one thing, more gold. They live on the outskirts of the kingdom and don’t fraternize with the other bounty hunters. But when the evil wizard, Lord Tensley, starts terrorizing the land with a newly trained dragon, their simple life is interrupted forever.
Camilan, the estranged brother of Ramicus and a formidable warrior himself, tracks down his brother and Shokdor at their home in the forest. Camilan has recruited all of the best bounty hunters in the land to team up against the new danger. He tries to convince Ramicus to join the cause and rid the land of the dragon and evil wizard, to no avail. Camilan finally piques his interest when he mentions that the King has also offered a sizable bounty for the victors as his daughter, Princess Ennogard, has been taken captive by Lord Tensley.
Ramicus is hesitant to team up with all of his foes but the enormous bounty is too much for him to ignore. He agrees to join the team while plotting a way to cut them all out of the bounty when the time comes. In each episode the team will take on new quests for gold and special relics in the ongoing battle with Lord Tensley and his deadly dragon.

THE TONE
As you can see from the sizzle reel, our show delivers the action and adventure of “Game of Thrones” and “Lord of the Rings” with the tone and feel of “The Princess Bride” and “Willow.” It is not a spoof or a parody of the genre, rather it is a tribute and pays homage to the nostalgia of the fantasy films of our youth. This formula is perfect to bring in the family audience of both the adults and their children, providing a co-viewing experience that everyone is looking for.
Due to the epic nature of the show, it is best formatted for an hour, but it would move at the pace of a half hour.

THE FANS
As we have interacted with fans over the last decade, the overwhelming question we get is, "Why haven't you made more content like Dudes and Dragons?" An episodic series, true to the fantasy worlds that they role play with their friends, is exactly what the fans are looking for! Our fans can be found all over the world and they want more "Dudes and Dragons"!

THE TEAM
For over a decade we have dedicated our career to creating multiple feature films for the Fantasy/Sci Fi Audience. We are proud to say we have made more “Orc” movies than Peter Jackson, and they have done well too!
We have won film awards at the top conventions in the world including Comic Con and Dragon Con. Our films have premiered on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Showtime and we are still selling at Walmart, Redbox, and Best Buy around the country. Our films are also a huge international success and have been distributed across the globe.

WHY US?
If anyone has the magic potion to make high quality fantasy, with studio level VFX, on a conservative budget, it is us. We can deliver a show of equal quality to "Game of Thrones" or "Once Upon A Time" for about $1.2 million per episode. How?
It’s a combination of factors. We shoot in states where we get significant tax rebates and where the dollar stretches much further. Every person we work with puts a lot of love and sweat equity into their work, and it shows. But the bottom line is that we make our feature films for an average $500k. They all have a lot of high quality Visual Effects. We produce high quality with a low budget.
And we’ve done it, over and over again. We’re committed to making "Dudes and Dragons" a breakout hit. This is the series we have been working our whole careers to make. We’re ready, the market is ready.
Say the magic words and we will deliver!

THE CHARACTERS

Ramicus is “the Dude” with a dash of Han Solo in medieval times. His brute strength is only matched by his considerable wit, he'll cut you in half with his words as easily as his sword.
He only loves two things in this world, gold and his freedom, for which he will fight to the death. He always says it like it is. He doesn’t play well with others outside of his Orc friend, Shokdor, and rubs his prudish younger brother, Camilan, the wrong way.
The only thing Ramicus is afraid of is commitment, he's happily never after when it comes to relationships. Princess Ennogard does tick a few of his boxes, but it's going to take more than a pretty face to make this bachelor change his mind about love.

Camilan’s self proclaimed nobility is exhausting. His younger brother complex has driven him to constantly prove he is better than everyone in the kingdom, especially Ramicus. He's pretentious, and speaks with a fake posh accent even though he grew up in the swamp like everyone else.
He is highly trained in the arts of war, but he chooses to fight from a distance, for which he is consistently ridiculed. He has a high moral code and speaks incessantly of honor and duty, so naturally he has no friends...except for Samton, his trusty squire.

Ennogard is not your typical princess. Sure she is fair and virtuous and all that, but this girl has been running the kingdom for her dimwitted father ever since she came of age. She never knew her mother but she is sure she got her strength, wit, and courage from the late queen.
Ennogard also possesses a particular skill of communication with animals, one that proves useful to the kingdom. She has many suitors but is not quick to fall in love, despite her father’s several attempts to marry her off. The evil wizard, Lord Tensley, is especially obsessed with her and she is arguably the only thing keeping him from torching the entire kingdom. Her only mental equal is the burly barbarian, Ramicus. But ew…that would never work out....Right?

Lord Tensley is a gifted sorcerer that has turned his power toward the dark arts. Once a kind and gentle soul, his demise is the result of an inability to win the heart of his cousin Lady Ennogard. He tries all manner of kindness to win her over but his love continues to go unrequited.
At his core he is quite sensitive, so he’s not all that good at being bad. His weakness for Ennogard makes him a target for manipulation, but his mood swings put the kingdom in constant danger of destruction. Imagine Khaleesi as a dude, with magic powers, and of course, a dragon.

Answering the call to protect her people, Larec, the elf queen, has emerged from the forest. She has all the nobility of Camilan, but without the ego. She is as virtuous as they come, but as dumb as a tree squirrel. Sure, she’s great with a bow and arrow, but she’s not very fun at the tavern as all humor and sarcasm is lost on her.
This makes her a perfect match for the self-righteous Camilan. They are immediately drawn to each other and as you might suppose, quite insufferable. When the other bounty hunters are with them, they hope for a battle so the lovebirds will be forced to take a break for at least five minutes.

Every fantasy hero must have a trusty sidekick, and apparently this character always has to be named Sam (Samwise Gamgee - LOTR, Samwell Tarly - GOT). Hence our beloved Samton Von Arogwen, the blindly loyal manservant to Camilan. Samton has a childlike innocence to him and a deep devotion to his master.
He doubts his place among the heroes and wants more than anything to prove useful and be accepted. For this reason he takes the brunt of the menial tasks that befall a traveling group of warriors - cooking, cleaning, and being an all around manservant. He bears these burdens without complaint and takes pride in all that he does, even if it’s cleaning the rust from Camilan’s chainmail loincloth.

The unsung hero of this series is Shokdor the Orc. But the main reason he is unsung is because nobody can understand him. Except for Ramicus of course. He is the Chewbacca in this relationship and he fits it perfectly.
He’s always up for the dirty work but not without his just reward. He is as conniving and sarcastic as Ramicus but no one will ever know because we NEVER SUBTITLE HIM.

Is she a good witch or a bad witch? She probably wouldn't be able to tell you either, but think of Belveeda as a trashy Glinda from The Wizard of Oz. And boy has she got eyes for these bounty hunters.
Her methods are a little dated and her magic is so last century, but she does her best to provide the heroes with what they need to succeed in their quest. The problem is, her best is sometimes the worst. If she focused on her magic as much as she focused on finding a suitor, she would defeat Lord Tensley in an afternoon.

Prince Lorash has come from the neighboring kingdom to seek the hand of the princess and sample the local brothels on the side. He’s as cocky as Jamie Lannister and as self-centered as Cersei. He joins the gang as he feels it’s his royal duty, but he’s really only in it for the money and a shot at Ennogard's hand in marriage.
Lorash and Ramicus have been rivals since their youth, so they feel nothing but loathing for each other. Even though he says he doesn't care about women, Ramicus starts to hate him even more when Lorash proudly assumes that the Princess will be his once they rescue her. He just can't wait to be king.
